Who are we looking for?
Volt Slovakia is looking for interns who will actively cooperate with the management of Volt Slovakia. Students or professionals who are ready to invest time and energy in building the most meaningful project - a democratic, innovative, sustainable and humane Europe, as part of a unique platform that has never existed in Slovakia.
Are you curious, sensitive to other cultures, and like to communicate with professionals and volunteers from all backgrounds and from all corners of Europe?
We are looking for interns for these roles
Fundraising:
You will support the acquisition of funds for Volt SK activities from large and small donors.
Sales, marketing or customer service experience in the non-profit or commercial sector is a plus.
And most importantly: you have a great network and you are not afraid to stand up for the topics of your heart.
Policies:
Are you a student or graduate of political science, international and EU relations, or any specific field that is subject to European regulation?
You will work on adapting the Volt Europa program to the Slovak context and, in close cooperation with the communication team, contribute to turning the program agenda into a strategy for gaining voter support.
Communications:
Maybe you are a student of mass media communication or marketing, but above all, you love online communication and have experience in building impact online, either for yourself or for other brands.
You will co-create content and manage the community on the Volt SK website, social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), or manage our newsletter.
Experience with managing websites, newsletters or managing social networks is of course the most advantage - don't hesitate to send examples of your past portfolio with your application.
Events:
This is for you if you love to create innovative event concepts, have experience in organizing debates or various community events, and possibly also a community with whom you would like to collaborate.
Come with us to create and implement unforgettable events that will connect Volt with Slovaks who are interested in their European future. Some online, but most will be here and there in Slovak regions.
Community/Membership:
Come and assist us with the recruitment and launch of new members. You will find out how we proved that in the first few months of the existence of the Slovak Volt community, we are the fastest growing national Volt branch.

Compliance:
Are you close to the law or financial regulations?
You will be part of a team that ensures compliance with legislation regarding the management and financing of political parties, candidates and their campaigns. As in other roles, here too everything happens in daily contact with our European headquarters.
Assistant to the co-president and co-president
This is a unique opportunity to assist Lucia, who is also our leading candidate for the European elections, and/or Rick. It will be various mini-assignments related to the management of the party and the campaign for the European elections, their personal agenda, communication opportunities, preparation for meetings and public appearances. We will co-shape your role according to which superpowers you want to improve by working with them.
